What is The Edge Collection 3-Year Plan?

The Edge Collection 3-Year Plan is a subscription package which allows you to enjoy access to The Edge Singapore across different platforms.

This is the best value for money deal. It offers a 70% discount plus a $50 dining voucher.

By getting the 3-year plan at SGD $238, you will get 156 issues of The Edge Singapore in Print which works out to only $1.50 a week for The Edge Singapore + 3 digital access and an additional 1 digital access to The Edge Malaysia

Offer for dining voucher is limited, on a first-come-first-served basis.

What does 3 digital access mean?

3 digital access means you will have access to 3 digital replicas of the print version of The Edge Singapore that can be viewed on your:

  • desktop/laptop (Mac and Windows)
  • tablet (Android and iOS)
  • smartphone (Android and iOS)

What is The Edge Collection 1-Year Plan?

The Edge Collection 1-Year Plan is a subscription package which allows you to enjoy access to The Edge Singapore across different platforms.

1-year plan at SGD $118, you will get 52 issues of The Edge Singapore in Print + 3 digital access + 1 digital access to The Edge Malaysia.

Why is there a change in the subscription plan?

Following feedback from past and present subscribers, we came up with two subscription plans - The Edge Collection 1-Year and 3-Year plan that aims to deliver the best value to our subscribers.

I am an existing subscriber, can I top up and upgrade to the new plans?

Yes you can! Existing subscribers can contact our Customer Service Representatives at (65) 6232 8622 between Monday – Friday, 9am to 5.30pm to put in your request.

When will the digital replica be available for download?

The Edge Singapore digital replica will be available at 9:00am on Fridays.

The Edge Malaysia digital replica will be available at 9:00am on Saturdays.

Are there any delivery charges?

We provide FREE delivery of the print version of The Edge Singapore to all subscribers with a Singapore address.

Delivery charges will apply accordingly for all non-Singapore addresses.

I do not live in Singapore. Can I subscribe to The Edge Singapore subscription package?

How do I subscribe to The Edge Singapore?

To subscribe:

How do I pay for my subscription?

You can make payment for your subscription through one of the following methods:

  1. by credit card
    Please provide us with your credit card details in the subscription form and send the form to us via email to hotlinespore@bizedge.com or fax to (65) 6232 8630.
  2. by cheque
    The cheque should be payable to: The Edge Publishing Pte Ltd. Please mail your cheque together with the completed subscription form to:

  3. online
    Log in to the subscription webpage at subscribe.theedgesingapore.com Fill in the necessary details on the online subscription form and submit together with your preferred mode of payment by Credit Card, Debit Card, Paypal, GIRO or Telegraphic Transfer (TT)

When will my subscription commence?

You can upgrade your current subscription to any of the new subscription packages.

  1. Print version
    Please allow between 2 to 3 weeks after receipt of payment for delivery to commence.
  2. Digital replica
    You will be able to access the digital replica once you have successfully activated your Username and Password. We will send you an email with your Username, Password and instructions on how to download, install and activate your digital access.


CANCELLATION, SUSPENSION & EXTENSION


Can I cancel my subscription package?

Subscription to The Edge Singapore is NOT refundable and NOT cancellable.

If I am travelling and am away for a period of time, can I temporarily suspend my subscription? Would I get an extension on my subscription for the period suspended?

The subscription plans cannot be suspended and extended. However, if sufficient advance notice is provided, we can arrange for the delivery of the print version to be postponed until you return. Please let us know at least 2 weeks in advance of the issue if you would like to postpone.

How do I get the digital replica of The Edge Singapore on my desktop/tablet/smartphone?

  2. Click the link and click on my profile icon profile-icon
  3. When prompted, enter your username (email address) and password. For new registered users, your password is the same as what you had used during registration.
  4. For existing subscribers, the password is defaulted to the same as per the current app. If you can’t recall your password, you can select on “Forgot your password” and a password change request will be sent to your registered email.
  5. Once validated, you can click on the cover to download issues or the pullouts. You can also use the date function to download past issues.
